I'm really looking forward to this Christmas as it'll be just our own little family together. I was sorry that we weren't able to go to Germany to celebrate with my family and relatives there but it was the better choice to stay here while everything's so crazy before the big move...
We have a little tree from Aunt Kelley and way too many presents (thanks omi & gpa & kelley!) The boys are so excited. We plan on going up to Frazier Park with good friends on the 24th to get into the snow. Then we'll have a quiet Christmas Eve with a birthday cake for Jesus and some carols and cookies. We'll open the presents on Christmas morn.
We haven't heard as to when we'll be leaving L.A. exactly but probably sometime toward the end of January. Pastor John is preaching through Matt.18 right now and it's been so good that I'm hoping we can listen to the rest of it before we leave. I will greatly miss his preaching but I know the pastor in WA is an excellent expositor of God's Word as well.
It's been really nice and COLD here (cold for CA)and we've enjoyed every bit of it.
I pray you all will have a wonderful Christmas season. Remember: It's all about JESUS.
