Favorite Nursing Tea

Okay, this tea is simply amazing - if any of you struggle with milk supply as I did - try this!!! I get most of the loose tea at the Bulk Herb Store and the rest at the San Francisco Herb Company (they sell tea bags and tea balls, too).

Nursing Tea
recipe from Rhonda Luse
Ingredients:
2 parts red raspberry leaf
1 part nettle leaf
1 1/2 part peppermint leaf
1/2 part alfalfa leaf
1/2 part oatstraw, cut
1/2 part marshmallow root
1/2 part blessed thistle
For cup:
Put 1 tsp to 1 tbsp (to your taste) of herbs in
cup and pour boiling water over tea, cover, and steap for 15 min.
Enjoy!
For teapot:
Put 1-2 tbsp in tea-ball and pour boiling water
over, steap for 15 min.
(you may also steap it twice, I always
do)
If you feel like you don't have the time to make this, just contact me and I would be happy to make you some for a small up price.
