Happy New Year to you all! May it be a fruitful year, growing more like Christ, our Lord!
So many of you have been asking us what's new, when we're moving, etc. We fly up to Seattle Jan. 23-28 to look for a home. When we come back our boxes and everything gets loaded on Thursday, Jan. 31st and we'll head north on February 1st, 2008. The fact that Lord-willing we're actually moving is starting to settle into my mind.... I'm very excited about living in Washington but it's very hard to leave this place with so many wonderful memories, many beloved family in Christ, fellow servants for Christ, our Pastors and their families, etc. We look forward to the great things that lie ahead! Thank you for your love poured out so richly upon us. It is such a joy to be blessed with caring, giving, kind friends as you are! Please continue to check the blog occasionally to keep up with us. Feel free to shoot us an email at any time we'd so love to stay in touch with you all. Praise God for email! :-)
I pray for you all - that you would know the will of God and be diligent to obey it.
Colossians 1:9b-15
to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that you will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for the attaining of all steadfastness and patience; joyously giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in Light. For He rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation.
