Well, I thought I'd better write a quick post...since it's been a good while. Unfortunately I'm unable to post any new pics (i.e. of our new home) at this time because my computer isn't cooperating.
Anyways, we're doing really well. I'm starting to know my way around Marysville a little better and we've made some really GREAT friends in the Lord. God has been so good. The boys like living here and enjoy their backyard and working with dad in the garage on Saturdays. I'm busy with homeschooling and chores. Ever since we moved we chose not to set up a TV and so that's been interesting. I find myself with more time on my hands but also having to entertain the boys more. It has led us to train them to occupy themselves with constructive things such as crafts, reading, etc. It has been a very good thing for our family.
My family will be coming to visit us in May-June - so that is super-exiting! I can't wait to see the area a little more and start doing some fun field trips when the weather gets nicer. Yes, the weather. It was very nice the first 3 weeks or so and now it's been raining day in and day out - it takes some getting used to. :-)
Kyle's still adjusting to the new job but his boss said it'll probably take him up to a year or so. Please continue to pray for him. We had Kyle's family over for Easter and that was wonderful. It was really neat to have almost everyone together for the first time since our wedding.
Other than that I'm done reading the most life-changing besides the Bible, of course (and very controversial) book ever: "Created to be his help meet"
At the end of last year I had asked some close friends of mine to pray for my New Year's resolution "to learn HOW to respect Kyle" and praise God this book as well as "The Fruit of Her Hands" were the answers to that prayer. Our marriage is doing wonderful and in about a week and a half is our 2nd year anniversary! I'm so thankful to God for giving Kyle to me. He's perfect for us. I'm very blessed.
Well, I guess that's a quick update. I pray for and miss you but am very grateful and happy where the Lord has put us! He knew best all along and has brought that plan to pass - again. ;-) Again, if any of you are in our area please know you are always welcome to stay with us. Drop us a note, give us a call!

Thank you for sharing your heart and growth in the Lord with us! What an encouragement. :D
Looks like we will be heading back to OK the end of June. I doesn't look like we will be able to go North. I sure would have liked to come up that direction. But maybe another season, our paths will cross again. You are one of those treasured friends that are hard to come by, it is so neat how even though we don't get to talk very often, we can pick up where we left off like it was only yesterday. I'm not real good with words, but wanted to say thank you!
You are a true friend!
Hayley
