yes...still waiting

well, many have asked and emailed and yes....I'm still pregnant. Today is the due date but apparently our little one isn't quite ready yet. I'm doing pretty good. Of course I'm uncomfortable and ready but also scared to go through it all again. I just wish there were some other way (less painful) to get these blessings into the world. But as Kyle keeps telling me, God will give me the strength and grace when I need it. Amen! Everyone here is getting very excited. Titus and Timmy said they're 50/50 on boy or girl. I'm glad they will be happy even IF it is a little girl. I do worry a little about Hudson. I think he will have a very hard time and be very jealous. These last couple days he's been sooo clingy - I have no idea why. He wants me to hold him all day long. It's pretty cute though because he'll scootch up to my legs and put his arms up in the air for "up". Or he'll clap his little hands to say "please". He gave us quite the shock today. I was cleaning up the dinner dishes with Grace and Kyle was in the living room. It was very quiet (big boys were taking a shower) and I just thought Kyle must be holding him. Finally after about 10min. I called to Kyle "You have Hudson, right?" He said no, he didn't and as I'm walking into the living room I still thought he was joking. So then I start panicking and looked all over for him. He likes to sit under the dining table but he wasn't there....finally I decided to check upstairs even though I didn't at all believe he'd be up there. Kyle was like "he's not upstairs, don't bother" Well, sure enough he was upstairs in the hallway. I asked T&T if they had brought him up and of course they said no. WOW! He'd gone up all the stairs all by himself with no one noticing. I'm SO thankful to God for protecting him. Our little guy could've gotten really hurt. Praise the Lord for His constant watch and care over us. So now I guess we'll really need to be watching him as it's his favorite thing to do now....we'll probably need a gate or something at the bottom... Oh yes, Kyle built a beautiful gate for the TOP of the stairs I'll have to post pice soon. It's really gorgeous! I also wanted to mention (for the record) that Hudson has finally cut his 2 top teeth. He started around 12 months with both and just last week the second one finally came through. His bottom teeth came between 8 1/2 - 9 1/2 months. He's still scooting around on his bottom and getting faster at it. He's into almost everything now and loves to pull our books off of the shelves, check out the pantry, and bathroom. He's slowly walking along the couch and will walk a few steps when we hold his hands.
Well, Lord-willing the next time I post will be to introduce the newest family member.
